Dr. Terri Hartung
Dr. Hartung graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1984, and received her veterinary degree from Oklahoma State University in 1988. She attained specialty board certification in Canine and Feline Practice by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in 1995, and joined Redmond Fall City Animal Hospital in January 1996.

She shares a hectic household with her husband, two active and opinionated homeschooled girls, and a pack of dysfunctionally intelligent dogs (currently one boxer and two Australian Shepherds). In her free time, she enjoys reading (history, literature and education), writing (essays and short fiction), and dog activities. At work her special interests include internal medicine, behavior, and pediatric/geriatric care.

 

Dr. Erin Maillet
Dr. Maillet graduated from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. While in veterinary school, she studied mercury contamination of endangered river turtles in Venezuela. After graduation, Dr. Maillet practiced at a five doctor practice just north of Boston. She moved with her husband to the Seattle area in 2002. She has worked as an emergency veterinarian, shelter veterinarian and as a general practitioner.

In 2008, Dr. Maillet had her first child. In her limited spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, gardening and trying to keep some semblance of order to her growing household. She also has two naughty cats who add to the chaos. Dr. Maillet's special interests include internal medicine, soft tissue surgery and preventative medicine.

 

 

 


Dr. Melissa Walker
Melissa Walker, DVM, is a 2004 graduate of Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Since graduation she has practiced in Seattle in a variety of small animal hospitals including practices that offered 24-hour emergency and critical care, general medicine, rehabilitation, and acupuncture. Dr. Walker has been working in the veterinary field for over 16 years and has a special interest in preventative health care, nutrition, inflammatory disease, analgesia, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery. She enjoys building long-lasting relationships with her patients and their owners.

Melissa grew up in rural Vermont and studied at St. Lawrence University in upstate New York before heading off to vet school. Since she graduated from Cornell she has called Seattle home and feels very fortunate to be able to live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. In addition to spending time with friends and family, she enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, snowboarding, hiking, photography, traveling, and yoga.
